Come party with your fellow plant lovers! The Crestwood Green Team is holding a neighborhood PLANT PARTY, where you can share your love of plants with neighbors. This is the third annual such event, previously known as the Plant Swap. All are welcome.

What:

• Share: Bring your extra seedlings, seeds, plant divisions, cuttings, and extra garden gear to share. Any amount is welcome. 

• Meet and Learn: Get to know new neighbors and learn from each other about gardening.

• Get Free Native Plants: The Crestwood Citizens Association (CCA) has generously sponsored a native plant give-away. Find out more about the importance of planting native: https://www.crestwood-dc.org/Plant-Native!

• Recycle: Bring your nursery pots to recycle! Let’s re-use that plastic! We'll bring these to the local native plant nursery Bona Terra to re-use.

When: May 7, 2:00-4:00

Where: In the alley between Webster and Varnum St between 16th and 17th St (enter the alley from Webster, 17th St, or Varnum St by Grace Lutheran Church/ALG).
