2024 CCA Budget Report (without charity event revenue or expense)

 

The 2024 budget is for revenue of $8,055 and expenses of $9,705.  The deficit is tied to a two year payment for our software in order to have a two year price lock.  The cost is $1428 per year, which is the same as CCA pain in 2022.  We were given a discount to $1162 in 2023 by adopting the Affinipay payment software as our new vendor (longer term members will pay through Stripe unless they decide to switch to Affinipay  - Stripe costs CCA $1.03 for every $25 payment).   Budgeted donations revenue for 2024 is $500.  Non 2023 budgeted donations received to date tied to the Holiday Party are $1150, with an added $300 expected.
